Commander: Magar of the Magic Strings

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Magar of the Magic Strings is the build-around engine and the only real commander; the deck has no hidden commander. The primary plan is to loot or discard powerful instants/sorceries into the graveyard, animate them as 3/3 attackers with Magar, and copy them on combat damage. Secondary paths use Havoc Festival, Pox, and voting/bidding spells to erode life totals, while Bobbleheads provide mana, draw, pump, and occasional haste. The deck is a mid-speed attrition list that wants the game to go long, uses chaos effects to disrupt opposing plans, and finishes by repeatedly casting high-damage or life-loss spells like Blood for the Blood God! and Pox.
