New Untitled Deck by banbanbanban

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kwain, Itinerant Meddler leads a group-hug draw engine that converts opponent card draws into mana, cards, and life. The primary plan is to force draws with Kwain, Howling Mine, and Dictate of Kruphix, then use Consecrated Sphinx, Alhammarret's Archive, and Wedding Ring to draw most of the deck and finish with Thassa's Oracle or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. Secondary paths are Triskaidekaphile's thirteen-card upkeep trigger, Twenty-Toed Toad's twenty-card attack, and Folio of Fancies milling opponents with inflated hand sizes. Kwain is the central tap-draw engine; there is no hidden commander. Pillow-fort pieces and counterspells protect the assembly.
