Deck overview

This deck is a classic Mono-Red Goblin swarm strategy commanded by Krenko, Mob Boss. The game plan revolves around deploying cheap Goblin creatures in the early turns, casting Krenko, and exponentially multiplying the token count with each tap activation. Static damage triggers such as Raid Bombardment, Cavalcade of Calamity, and Molten Gatekeeper soften opposing life totals, while combat finishers like Goblin Lookout, Trumpet Blast, and Cleaver Riot convert large token swarms into decisive lethal attacks across Turns 6 and 7. The deck benefits from high tribal density, low mana curves, and explosive mana bursts from Skirk Prospector and Mana Geyser. However, its reliance on a 4-mana commander without built-in protection makes it vulnerable to well-timed spot removal and board wipes. Without stax or counterspells, the deck focuses entirely on racing opponents through overwhelming combat damage.
