Deck overview

This mono-red aggro deck leverages Warrior tribal synergies under Gornog, the Red Reaper to overrun opponents with evasive, high-impact combat steps. The game plan starts by curving low-mana Warriors onto the battlefield on Turns 1 and 2, followed immediately by Gornog on Turn 3. Gornog's native haste enables immediate attacks that turn enemy blockers into Cowards, preventing them from blocking Warriors while scaling the power of your entire attacking board. By Turns 4 and 5, the deck deploys force multipliers such as Shared Animosity, Lovisa Coldeyes, and Moraug, Fury of Akoum to present lethal damage. Opponents struggle to mount effective ground defenses due to Coward restrictions and menace enablers like Goblin War Drums. Although the list is vulnerable to mass creature board wipes and possesses limited stack interaction, its dense creature redundancy and rapid recovery make it a fast, persistent clock at standard casual and high-synergy Commander tables.
