Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive 5-color Hero tribal strategy built around Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.. The game plan establishes Nick Fury on Turn 1 and uses flexible 5-color tribal lands and cost reducers to fuel early development. On Turn 4, the deck activates Nick Fury's power-up ability—often discounted or made free by Advancing the Spirit—to cheat high-impact legendary Heroes like Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk and The Sentry, Golden Guardian straight onto the battlefield. From Turn 5 onward, engines like Captain America, Team Leader and Shang-Chi, Martial Mentor grant haste, distribute +1/+1 counters, and double counter placement, turning your board into an overwhelming combat force. Card advantage from Jarvis, Earth's Mightiest Butler and Director Nick Fury keeps your hand full, while premier protection spells like Teferi's Protection, Heroic Intervention, and Jennifer Walters // The Sensational She-Hulk safeguard your creatures until you close out the game through lethal combat damage by Turn 7.
