Raffine, Scheming Seer leads an Esper tempo-reanimator that turns every attack into a connive: the deck draws and discards in bulk, stocking the graveyard, pumping attackers, and feeding a discard-matters package. The plan is to deploy early looters, cast Raffine on turn 3, swing with multiple bodies, bin game-ending threats, then bring them back with Reanimate and Animate Dead-class spells. It closes through massive beaters (It That Betrays, Zetalpa, Primal Dawn, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Summon: Bahamut), go-wide token pressure (Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Ocelot Pride, Call the Coppercoats), and a table-drain axis built on Psychosis Crawler, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, and the deck's own card flow. Hashaton, Scarab's Fist is a hidden lieutenant, converting any discarded fatty into a 4/4 copy for {2}{U}. Raffine is the engine, but a core of looters and seven reanimation spells keeps the plan running even if she is answered.
