Yuna, Grand Summoner is the mana engine, while the real hidden commander in the 99 is Mikey & Leo, Chaos & Order, which turns every counter event into a card. This Bant deck piles +1/+1 counters onto creatures, multiplies them with Hardened Scales-style effects, and draws cards with Danny Pink, Fathom Mage, and Pensive Professor. Yuna's tap ability both accelerates and adds two counters to a creature each turn; when permanents with counters die, Yuna, Resourceful Defense, and The Ozolith redistribute those counters. The primary win is an unblockable/flying/double-strike combat swing; Simic Ascendancy and Twenty-Toed Toad provide a second, non-combat path. Interaction is counterspell-and-phasing focused, so the deck protects its board rather than killing opposing threats.
