Deck overview

Chatterfang, Squirrel General rewards every token with additional Squirrels and gives the deck a sacrifice-based removal outlet. The strongest compact route uses Earthcraft and Squirrel Nest to create unlimited tokens, then adds Viscera Seer and a death payoff such as Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, or Bastion of Remembrance. The loop can finish the table immediately once all roles are assembled. In ordinary games, however, the two enchantments are difficult to find together, and the deck has limited direct enchantment tutoring. Most games instead develop through mana creatures, token makers, sacrifice outlets, and incremental life-drain triggers. Skullclamp, Morbid Opportunist, Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, and Braids, Arisen Nightmare provide useful card flow, while Dictate of Erebos and board wipes punish creature-heavy tables. The deck has strong synergies and occasional explosive turns, but its normal plan is slower, exposed, and less consistent than a competitive Commander strategy.
