Deck overview

This deck executes a relentless go-wide tribal strategy built around 21 copies of Hare Apparent. Led by Thalia, Heretic Cathar, the deck uses its commander to disrupt opposing tempo by forcing nonbasic lands and creatures to enter tapped. This delay gives the pilot time to establish cost reducers like Pearl Medallion and Oketra's Monument. Each subsequent Hare Apparent cast exponentially scales the battlefield with 1/1 Rabbit tokens. Token amplifiers like Anointed Procession, Mondrak, Glory Dominus, and Delney, Streetwise Lookout rapidly inflate the board into dozens of creatures. The deck converts this wide presence into lethal combat damage using tribal anthems like Banner of Kinship, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, and Akroma's Will. While the deck is vulnerable to sweepers, its dense redundancy of cheap creatures and protection spells like Teferi's Protection and Boromir, Warden of the Tower allow it to rebuild and close out games reliably by Turn 7.
