Deck overview

This mono-blue combo deck is built around Orvar, the All-Form, using cheap targeted instants and sorceries to clone lands, utility creatures, and combo pieces. Early turns focus on establishing mana rocks like Sol Ring and Sapphire Medallion, followed by deploying Orvar on Turn 3 or 4. Once Orvar is on the battlefield, single-mana targeting spells such as Twiddle and Cerulean Wisps serve as flexible ramp and card advantage by duplicating Islands and value permanents. The deck's primary victory route leverages Peregrine Drake combined with buyback targeting spells like Whim of Volrath, Clockspinning, or Mind Games to generate infinite mana and infinite creature tokens. From that state, the deck loops Reality Shift or Capsize via Archaeomancer to exile opponents' libraries or bounce all opposing boards on the spot. Robust countermagic and backup lines through Ghostly Flicker and Vesuvan Duplimancy provide resilience and adaptability.
