Gruul Dragon by user4975468

Format: Commander

Commander: Atarka, World Render

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Atarka, World Render leads a straightforward Gruul dragon-tribal beatdown. The plan is to accelerate into a board of evasive, high-power Dragons, cast Atarka, and let her double-strike anthem turn every attack into a lethal swing. Ramp comes from Cultivate, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Arcane Signet, treasure producers like Rapacious Dragon and Ganax, Astral Hunter, plus cost-reducers Dragonlord's Servant and Dragonspeaker Shaman. Card flow is provided by Elemental Bond, Garruk's Uprising, Drumhunter, and Dragon's Hoard. The deck wins through combat: Atarka combined with Thrakkus the Butcher or Unnatural Growth multiplies damage, while Scourge of Valkas and Dragon Tempest provide burn reach; Lathliss, Dragon Queen and Dragonmaster Outcast generate extra bodies. There are no infinite combos - only overwhelming aerial pressure and a wipe suite (Magmaquake, Chain Reaction, Sweltering Suns) that conveniently spares its own flyers. Atarka is a finisher, not an engine; the deck functions without her but is far slower.
