Deck overview

This deck pairs Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith and Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer in a synergistic Gruul midrange shell. Toggo converts every land drop into a Rock artifact Equipment token, providing a steady stream of cheap disposable artifacts. When these Rocks or other artifact tokens are sacrificed to deal damage, pay costs, or draw cards, Ich-Tekik permanently enlarges itself and every Golem under your control with +1/+1 counters. Supporting cards like Academy Manufactor, Biotech Specialist, and Crime Novelist accelerate this engine by tripling tokens, burning opponents directly, and refunding mana. A robust suite of tribal Golem creatures such as Precursor Golem and Maul Splicer widens the board, ensuring combat steps quickly become lethal once trample enablers like Garruk's Uprising take effect. Backed by solid ramp and card draw engines, the deck grinds value efficiently and overruns the table through overwhelming physical and direct burn pressure.
