Deck overview

This Jeskai deck focuses on aggressive combat tempo and mana cheating led by Arthur, Marigold Knight. By deploying cheap, evasive enablers on Turns 1 to 3, the deck curves directly into Arthur on Turn 4. Arthur attacks immediately thanks to haste, looking at the top six cards of the library and cheating massive creature threats directly onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. Returning the cheated creature to hand at the end of combat creates a continuous card advantage engine while shielding large bombs from sorcery-speed removal. Mid-game scaling comes from myriad enablers like Legion Loyalty and Duke Ulder Ravengard alongside extra combat steps from Scourge of the Throne and Raph & Leo, Sibling Rivals. Backed by efficient spot removal, soft stax, and protection pieces like Adept Watershaper, the deck steadily dismantles opposing life totals through overwhelming combat pressure.
