Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul aggressive midrange and combo list built around Bumi, Unleashed and the Earthbend mechanic. The primary strategy accelerates mana in the early turns using efficient landfall and land-ramp spells to deploy Bumi by Turn 4. Upon entry, Bumi earthbends a land into a 4/4 creature with haste. On Turn 5, attacking with Bumi triggers a full land untap and grants an additional combat phase for land creatures upon dealing combat damage. The deck leverages this multi-combat sequence alongside synergistic powerhouses like Toph, Greatest Earthbender, Moraug, Fury of Akoum, and Toph, Earthbending Master to overwhelm the table by Turn 7. A built-in infinite combo exists with Ashaya, Soul of the Wild, which turns Bumi into a land creature to loop extra combat phases indefinitely. Robust protective spells like Deflecting Swat and Heroic Intervention defend the board, while Earthbend's death/exile recursion ensures resilient mana development.
