Mono Blue Thassa CEDH? by user3164445

Format: Commander

Commander: Sash and Waistcoat, Unmen

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue combo-control deck helmed by Sash and Waistcoat, Unmen, built to win through multiple infinite mana lines buttressed by a dense stack of counterspells and fast mana. The primary loop is Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal with a mana rock like Grim Monolith to generate infinite mana, then win via Thassa's Oracle or Dimensional Infiltrator. A secondary line uses Training Grounds and Ashnod's Altar with the commander's manifest ability and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre to recur the entire library while netting infinite mana. The deck controls the early turns with free counterspells, Rhystic Study, and Mystic Remora, accelerating into a combo finish by turn 3-4.
