Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Voltron and Reanimator strategy commanded by Indominus Rex, Alpha. The primary plan accelerates into five mana by Turn 4 using efficient land ramp like Farseek, Three Visits, and Nature's Lore. Deploying Indominus Rex allows you to discard multi-keyword creature cards such as Hit-Monkey, Bontu the Glorified, and Vampire Nighthawk. Indominus Rex enters the battlefield with a suite of keyword counters—most crucially hexproof, indestructible, trample, and haste—and immediately draws 4 to 6 cards. This massive card refill fuels counterspells, protection, and graveyard reanimation. In the midgame, the deck leverages reanimation spells like Reanimate and Animate Dead to recur discarded behemoths such as Triplicate Titan, closing the game through relentless commander and combat damage while protecting its board with Slip Out the Back and countermagic.
