Deck overview

This Azorius deck combines an evasive flying-tribal beatdown strategy with a defensive pillowfort shell. Built around commander Isperia, Supreme Judge, the deck deters opposing aggression using attack-taxing enchantments and creatures like Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and Baird, Steward of Argive, making attacks against the pilot economically inefficient while drawing cards if opponents persist. Meanwhile, the deck swarms the board with efficient flying creatures and tokens generated by Emeria Angel, Faerie Formation, and Migratory Route. These evasive threats are amplified by stacking anthem effects such as Empyrean Eagle, Gravitational Shift, and True Conviction to deliver lethal combat damage across multiple turns. Supported by flexible interaction, board wipes like Cleansing Nova, and emergency protection spells like Restoration Magic, the deck controls the pace of combat and provides an alternate inevitability clock via Approach of the Second Sun.
