Deck overview

This Mono-Red list leverages Norin the Wary's unique triggered ability, which exiles him whenever any player casts a spell or attacks, returning him at the next end step. By weaponizing these repeated enters-the-battlefield events with static pingers like Impact Tremors, Agate Instigator, Witty Roastmaster, and Purphoros, God of the Forge, the deck dishes out inevitable noncombat damage to all opponents on virtually every turn of the game. Token generators such as Genesis Chamber double this trigger output, creating a relentless damage clock that bypasses traditional combat defenses. Damage multipliers like Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, and Mechanized Warfare dramatically accelerate the burn rate, turning minor triggers into lethal bursts. Supported by nonbasic land disruption (Blood Moon, Price of Progress) and robust sweepers (Blasphemous Act, Star of Extinction), the deck punishes greedy mana bases while Norin safely dodges removal.
