Commander: Niko, Light of Hope

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Niko, Light of Hope is a blink-value commander: each entry creates two Shard tokens, and Niko's activated ability turns those Shards into extra copies of a nonlegendary creature for a turn. The primary plan is to multiply Shards with cheap flicker effects, then crash in with copy-Serras or copy-Angels while Azorius countermagic and removal clear the way. The secondary path is an ETB value grind using Brago, King Eternal-effectively a hidden second commander in the 99-along with Soulherder, Abuelo, Thassa, and Teleportation Circle. If Niko is repeatedly answered, the deck still functions at moderate efficiency, but the fastest route to 120 life is Niko's Shard-copy combat.
