Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier, who serves as both a primary mana battery and an escalating noncombat damage engine. The deck chains low-cost cantrips and noncreature spells to place +1/+1 counters on Vivi while dealing 1 damage to each opponent per cast. The main game plan curves into Vivi on Turn 3, followed by attaching a damage-trigger draw Aura like Curiosity or Ophidian Eye on Turn 4. Because Vivi damages all opponents at once, each noncreature spell draws three cards, fueling massive card velocity. On Turn 5, the engine reaches critical onset by drawing through the deck and growing Vivi's power to generate large bursts of mana. The deck finishes on Turn 6 by recasting spells from the graveyard with Past in Flames or Underworld Breach and resolving a lethal Crackle with Power or burning the table directly. Backup threats like Niv-Mizzet, Parun ensure alternative win paths when the commander is removed.
