Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Urza, Lord High Artificer spearheads a competitive mono-blue artifact combo and stax strategy. The deck converts cheap artifacts into blue mana engines to outpace opponents, break symmetry on lock pieces like Winter Orb and Static Orb, and assemble infinite mana combos. Infinite colorless or colored mana is produced via Power Artifact attached to Grim Monolith or Basalt Monolith, Rings of Brighthearth with Basalt Monolith, or Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal. Once infinite mana is achieved, Urza acts as an outlet to exile and cast your entire library, sealing the game via Thassa's Oracle, an arbitrarily large Walking Ballista, or loops with Hullbreaker Horror.
