Planetary Devestation by user5822967

Format: Commander

Commander: Hearthhull, the Worldseed

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Jund land-sacrifice deck built around Hearthhull, the Worldseed as a draw/drain engine. The primary plan is to repeatedly sacrifice lands via Hearthhull, Zuran Orb, and Sylvan Safekeeper to trigger The Gitrog Monster, Korvold, Titania, and Baloth effects, then return them with Splendid Reclamation or Aftermath Analyst. The hidden commander is The Gitrog Monster, which turns Dakmor Salvage and every sacrificed land into card advantage. Secondary wins are commander damage from a Stationed 8+ Hearthhull and token beatdown via Rampaging Baloths, Omnath, and Moraug extra combat. Landfall value is supported by Azusa, Ramunap Excavator, Szarel, and Conduit of Worlds. The deck is midrange and resilient to wraths through land recursion, but light on stack interaction.
