Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis Pirate tribal strategy commanded by Admiral Brass, Unsinkable. It fuses aggressive low-curve creature deployment with explosive graveyard reanimation. Early turns focus on ramping with mana rocks and establishing evasive Pirates like Spectral Sailor, Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator, and Captain Lannery Storm to generate Treasure tokens and chip damage. Once Admiral Brass, Unsinkable enters on Turn 4 or 5, she self-mills and immediately reanimates high-impact Pirates as 4/4 hasty attackers at the beginning of combat. The deck transitions into a lethal clock on Turn 6 using damage multipliers like Angrath's Marauders, board pumps such as Shared Animosity, or life-halving effects from Dire Fleet Ravager. While the deck generates overwhelming card advantage and sustained combat pressure, it relies heavily on attacking and the graveyard, leaving it vulnerable to mass exile sweepers and targeted graveyard hate.
