Commander: Sliver Hivelord

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a classic five-colour Sliver tribal deck helmed by Sliver Hivelord, which grants all of your Slivers indestructible. The primary plan is to flood the battlefield with a diverse suite of Slivers-each providing flying, haste, menace, poison, first strike, mana acceleration, or card draw-and overwhelm opponents through combat damage. With Virulent Sliver in play, each Sliver that connects deals a poison counter, and with lords like Sliver Legion and Bonesplitter Sliver, the damage quickly becomes lethal. The deck forgoes infinite combos entirely, leaning on tribal redundancy and incremental advantage to grind out games. The commander's indestructible blanket is the deck's main form of protection against creature-based board wipes, allowing it to blow up the board while keeping its own army intact. Secondary win conditions include draining via Lavabelly Sliver's ETB or simply overwhelming with tokens from Brood Sliver.
