3c - ☀️💧🌳- Rigo Casual Control by user7467499

Format: Commander

Commander: Rigo, Streetwise Mentor

Bracket: 3

DeckCheck Threat Index: 41

Deck overview

This deck is a Bant Weenie Control build that leverages Rigo, Streetwise Mentor to transform cheap, evasive 1-power creatures into a recurring card-draw engine. By deploying unblockable threats and mana dorks on the earliest turns, the deck casts Rigo on Turn 3 and immediately begins drawing up to three extra cards per turn cycle by attacking each opponent. The deck weaponizes this card advantage to maintain a full grip while running a massive control package featuring 14 board sweepers and efficient spot removal to suppress opposing creature boards. Asymmetric sweepers like Dusk // Dawn and Citywide Bust allow the deck to break parity by wiping large opposing threats while sparing its own 1-power creatures. The primary win condition is Approach of the Second Sun, which the deck rapidly digs into and recasts within two turn cycles to close the game.
