Deck overview

Kess, Dissident Mage leads a Grixis spellslinger deck built around casting and recasting instants and sorceries for value and damage. The primary plan is to establish a cost reducer and a pinger (Guttersnipe, Black Waltz No. 3, Electrostatic Field), fill the graveyard with draw/looting spells, then kill with a copied or damage-doubled Crackle with Power. Kess is the repeatable recursion engine; Past in Flames, Underworld Breach, and Emet-Selch give additional access. There is no hidden commander. Secondary paths are X-cost life-loss spells and a pinger grind, but the deck is aimed at one massive spell turn.
