Deck overview

Gandalf, Party Guest leads a spellslinger deck that converts a growing count of legendary Wizards into free instants and sorceries. The pilot develops a small board of legendary Wizards, uses Alisaie and Alphinaud to find each other, and then lets Gandalf fire expensive draw spells at combat. Copy effects, Whirlwind of Thought, and Resonating Lute turn those draws into long chains, while Gandalf, Goblins' Bane pings and The Lord Master of Hell's Starfall supply the damage. No hidden commander exists; the other Gandalf cards are support pieces that also increase the Party Guest's X, making the deck a value-and-burn engine rather than a combo deck.
