Commander: The Madcap Jester

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The Madcap Jester is a Grixis exile-theft deck that turns every trigger that exiles from opponent libraries into raw card advantage. The primary plan is to launch the Commander and then fuel him with Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Court of Locthwain, Stolen Strategy, and damage-based exiling attackers. Those stolen cards are then copied, converted into tokens, or transformed into Treasures by a dense payoff package. The deck has no deterministic combo; it wins by overwhelming the table with copied spells, Spawn tokens, and stolen permanents. Nalfeshnee functions as the hidden commander of this package: it doubles almost every spell cast from exile and turns the deck's strongest subthemes into an actual conclusion.
