Cormela by snakey2346

Format: Commander

Commander: Cormela, Glamour Thief

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Grixis spellslinger deck uses Cormela, Glamour Thief as a ritual and recursion engine to power storm turns. Cormela taps for {U}{B}{R} to cast instants and sorceries and returns a spell when she dies, fueling loops with Saw in Half, Fake Your Own Death, and Phyrexian Altar. The primary plan is to land a storm payoff like Thousand-Year Storm, Prismari, the Inspiration, or Bolas's Citadel and then chain rituals, draw, and copy effects into Grapeshot or Torment of Hailfire. Kess, Dissident Mage acts as a hidden commander, giving a second graveyard cast each turn, while Vivi Ornitier, Guttersnipe, and Solphim provide incremental ping wins.
