Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger strategy led by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as both a primary mana engine and a win condition. By casting cheap noncreature spells, Vivi accumulates +1/+1 counters and deals direct damage to all opponents. Its {0} activation converts that built-up power into a burst of blue and red mana, fueling extended storm turns. The list supports this engine with low-cost cantrips, cost reducers like Goblin Electromancer, and magecraft engines like Storm-Kiln Artist and Archmage Emeritus. Additional burn enablers such as Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and trigger doublers like Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran, Voice of Duality accelerate life total depletion. The deck wins by launching a decisive Turn 5 storm turn or casting a lethal Crackle with Power, eliminating all three opponents in a single burst without needing combat.
