Format: Commander

Commander: Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a U/R "Hero" tribal value-beatdown deck built around Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger's combat trigger. The plan is to connect with the commander, exile the top two cards, and free-cast Hero and noncreature spells from the growing exile pool every time she deals combat damage. That pool feeds a flexible engine: instant-speed interaction, burst card draw, equipment, and even the extra-combat Seize the Day can be fired off mid-combat to chain additional attack steps. The kill is almost always commander damage: Mjolnir, Hammer of Thor doubles Scarlet Witch's damage and Captain America's Shield balloons her into a one-shot threat, while cost reducers like Herald's Horn and Iron Lad, Young Avenger plus draw engines like Kindred Discovery and Reconnaissance Mission keep the gas flowing. Backup free-cast engines in the 99 - Wanda's Vision, Cosmic Cube, Mind's Dilation - let the deck generate value even when the commander is kept off the board.
