Deck overview

Blind Seer is a mono-blue color-manipulation control deck. It uses the commander's activated ability to turn permanents and spells into convenient colors, making Wash Out, Hibernation, Inundate, and Llawan one-sided, and enabling Commander's Plate to make Blind Seer unblockable. The primary plan is to slow the table with Propaganda, Back to Basics, Mana Maze, and Stormtide Leviathan while assembling Grindstone + Painter's Servant; when that combo is absent, an equipped commander and islandwalk Leviathan close the game. Painter's Servant acts as a hidden combo anchor, but the two-card mill line is hard to find. Resilience is strong because interaction is dense, but execution speed depends on drawing the right two singleton artifacts.
