This deck is a Big-Mana Spellslinger list helmed by Rootha, Mastering the Moment. The central game plan focuses on utilizing cost-reduction mechanics, delve spells, and Treasure production to cast high mana value instants and sorceries ahead of curve. Pre-combat spells trigger Rootha to create massive flying, hasty Elemental tokens whose power and toughness equal the highest mana value cast that turn. The deck leverages delve spells like Dig Through Time and Treasure Cruise, alongside board-wide discounts like Blasphemous Act and Volcanic Salvo, to produce 8/8 to 13/13 flyers for very little actual mana spent.
