REEL BIG FISH by CozyViper

Format: Commander

Commander: Eluge, the Shoreless Sea

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Eluge, the Shoreless Sea is both the mana engine and the primary win condition. The deck floods lands to discount one spell per turn, then uses extra turns and large islandwalk-style beaters to close out with commander damage. Secondary paths are a Talrand drake swarm and a self-mill alt-win with Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac, or Jace, usually powered by Blue Sun's Zenith or Finale of Revelation. The commander's attack trigger feeds the flood-counter engine, while counterspells and mass bounce (Cyclonic Rift, Scourge of Fleets, Thing in the Ice) keep the board clear. Merrow Harbinger acts as a one-card tutor for Thassa's Oracle, but there is no true hidden commander.
