Deck overview

This mono-green deck helmed by Kodama of the West Tree is a high-synergy +1/+1 counters build that blends landfall triggers, combat inevitability, and a dense web of counter doublers. The commander grants trample to all modified creatures and ramps out basic lands on combat damage, turning every swing into both a mana advantage and a trigger for landfall-powered counter growth. The primary win condition is overwhelming combat damage: creatures such as Kalonian Hydra, Mossborn Hydra, and Ouroboroid balloon in size, while Bristly Bill, Spine Sower and Court of Garenbrig double the board's counters in a single activation. A secondary finisher is Ulamog, the Defiler, which can end games quickly if it connects. The deck has no infinite combos in the 99 that are immediately obvious, though a hidden two-card mana loop exists (the one realizable combo the database recognises). Overall, the strategy is fair but explosive: ramp early, deploy counter multipliers, and deliver trampling haymakers.
