Deck overview

Neriv, Crackling Vanguard is a Mardu token engine. Its two main jobs are to create Goblins on entry and, on each attack, exile one card per differently named token type, turning a wide token board into a huge impulse-draw. The companion plan is go-wide token combat: Adeline, Hero of Bladehold, Thalisse, and Kaya create or multiply tokens, while Goldnight Commander, Angel of Invention, and Divine Visitation pump them into lethal swings. Secondary value comes from myriad effects (Blade of Selves, Legion Loyalty) and aristocrat drains with Bastion of Remembrance and Siege-Gang Commander. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Neriv as the primary card-advantage engine, with token beatdown as the finisher.
