This is a Jund group-hug/wheel deck helmed by Winter, Misanthropic Guide, built around a single brutal symmetry: force every player to draw cards, then punish every draw with a web of damage-dealing permanents. Winter himself draws everyone two cards each upkeep, and his delirium ability shrinks each opponent's maximum hand size, turning the deck into a slow prison. The primary win is incremental - Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Underworld Dreams, Orcish Bowmasters, Fate Unraveler, and friends convert each forced draw into life loss, while wheels like Wheel of Fortune and Reforge the Soul trigger massive bursts of draw-damage.
