Deck overview

This is a mono-blue artifact combo-control deck under Bilbo, Thief in the Night. Bilbo cheapens spells cast from anywhere but the hand and, when he attacks, recasts an artifact, instant, or sorcery from the graveyard - but he is a convenience body, not the engine. Emry, Lurker of the Loch and Mystic Forge do the real recasting, and every win line lives in the 99. The list floods 0- and 1-mana artifacts, draws with Vedalken Archmage, Mystic Remora, and affinity Thoughtcast, then converts that density into a loop or a lock. Primary wins are Emry, Lurker of the Loch plus Mirran Spy loops feeding Aetherflux Reservoir, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, or Psychosis Crawler. Backups are a Hullbreaker Horror or Tidespout Tyrant bounce lock and combat via Rise and Shine, Cyberdrive Awakener, or Kappa Cannoneer. A deep counter suite protects the turn.
