Deck overview

Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm is the deck's central engine. The plan is to develop mana, resolve the commander, and then cast nontoken Dragons that produce nonlegendary copies. Those copies multiply enter-the-battlefield triggers from Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, Lathliss, Dragon Queen, Ganax, Astral Hunter, and card-draw engines such as Garruk's Uprising and Temur Ascendancy. Combat finishers including Atarka, World Render, Utvara Hellkite, Old Gnawbone, and Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient can turn a wide board into overwhelming damage and Treasures. The deck's ordinary setup is around turn 7, not the explosive ceiling available from Sol Ring, reducers, or unusually favorable draws. Its main weaknesses are the high curve, limited selection, limited interaction, and reliance on Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm surviving. It can create a dominant board, but the list does not support a reliable fixed-turn table kill or total lockout.
