This is an Azorius Spirit-tribal go-wide list helmed by Millicent, Restless Revenant. The plan is to deploy cheap Spirits, discount her seven-mana tax with Affinity, then snowball 1/1 flying tokens whenever a nontoken Spirit connects or dies. Lords and anthems - Supreme Phantom, Drogskol Captain, Rally the Ranks, Paladin Class, Wedding Announcement - turn that swarm into real damage, while a dense disturb package recycles bodies from the graveyard as Auras. There are no infinite combos; wins are combat, with Moonshaker Cavalry as the premier overrun and Winds of Rath or Fell the Mighty clearing a path. A secondary aura-voltron axis (Katilda, Dawnhart Martyr, Ethereal Armor, All That Glitters, Geist of Saint Traft) can delete a single player quickly. Millicent is the best token payoff in the list, but the 99 is a complete tribal combat deck with its own makers, lords, and finishers, so the plan still executes if she is answered.
