Deck overview

This Azorius deck combines Hero tribal synergies with card-draw Voltron combat led by Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings. The game plan converts raw card draw into rapid board pressure. Shang-Chi gains a +1/+1 counter whenever you draw a card, triggering a burst of five cards and 5 life upon reaching ten counters. The deck curves into efficient Hero enablers such as Jarvis, Earth's Mightiest Butler, Black Widow, Intel Expert, and King T'Challa, supported by steady draw engines like Rhystic Study and Kindred Discovery. Evasion enablers including Lockjaw, Slobbering Teleporter, Pym Particles, and Raise the Palisade clear paths through opposing blockers. Meanwhile, protective tools like Kid Loki, Invisible Force Field, and hexproof equipment shield your key creatures from removal. If Shang-Chi is removed, high-impact Heroes like Professor Hulk and Captain Marvel, Shooting Star provide resilient backup combat pressure to close out the game.
