Deck overview

Captain N'ghathrod leads a Dimir mill/steal deck that wins by emptying opponents' libraries through Horror combat triggers and two-hit mill combos. The primary plan is to accelerate into Horrors like Bruvac and The Mindskinner, then finish with a kicked Maddening Cacophony or a Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank loop. The captain acts as a value engine, reanimating a milled artifact or creature each end step, and his menace-swinging Horrors generate further mill. Secondary utility comes from graveyard recursion (Reanimate, Victimize) and a permission suite. Although the deck cascades into many incidental mills, the hidden commander is effectively Bruvac, doubling every mill trigger.
