Deck overview

This Temur deck leverages Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk to transition from early-game resource setup into an overpowering combat threat. Bruce Banner enters early for {U}, offering optional early card filtering before paying six mana to transform into The Incredible Hulk—an 8/8 reach and trample creature. The Hulk's enrage trigger untaps him and adds an extra combat phase whenever he is dealt damage while attacking, which pairs effectively with combat damage and self-inflicted pings like Duel Tactics. The deck accelerates its damage output using power multipliers such as Gratuitous Violence, Unnatural Growth, and Berserkers' Onslaught. When the commander is answered, a dense suite of backup beaters including Ghalta, Primal Hunger, Wildsear, Scouring Maw, and Kodama of the East Tree ensures sustained battlefield pressure.
