Whtz v2 by user6186437

Format: Commander

Commander: Whtz, the Bibliophile

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Whtz, the Bibliophile enables a 200+ card Azorius control deck that wins at upkeep with Battle of Wits while threatening Approach of the Second Sun and Thassa's Oracle. Whtz acts as a free draw engine (0 mana when you start with 200+ cards) to grind advantage, not as a combo piece. The deck controls the board with counters, wipes, and stax like Rhystic Study and Smothering Tithe, then assembles Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter for infinite mana or a Future Sight / Sensei's Divining Top / Bilbo engine for infinite draw. Hidden commander is Battle of Wits, with Approach and Scepter as backup wins that share tutor support.
