Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Orzhov counters and political beatdown strategy led by Breena, the Demagogue. The game plan revolves around deploying cheap, evasive, and deathtouch creatures on the first two turns, casting Breena on Turn 3, and immediately leveraging combat triggers on Turn 4. By attacking the two opponents with the highest life totals, the deck draws two additional cards each turn while distributing four +1/+1 counters across its evasive threats. This engine rapidly turns small flyers and infect creatures into lethal table-closing threats by Turns 5 through 8. The list supplements this aggressive clock with potent political incentives, deathtouch deterrents, and asymmetric board breakers like Damning Verdict. While it lacks nonland tutors and instant-speed stack countermagic, its dense redundant creature package, substantial card replenishment, and resilient protection suite allow it to consistently maintain pressure, rebuild from disruption, and close out multiplayer pods through scaling evasive damage.
