Deck overview

Edea, Possessed Sorceress commands a Grixis aristocrats and theft deck that turns opposing resources into fuel for your own engine. The deck accelerates through early mana artifacts and deploys low-cost sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer and Warren Soultrader. Once Edea enters the battlefield, she steals opposing creatures every combat step. You attack with these stolen threats and sacrifice them before end of turn to draw cards through Edea's triggered ability. Combining this theft loop with asymmetric edict effects like Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos completely strips opponents of their creatures while keeping your hand full. The deck closes games through compounded combat damage with Don Andres, the Renegade, direct burn from Terror of the Peaks, or an infinite creature combo with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Zealous Conscripts. Backed by cheap counterspells such as Fierce Guardianship and Swan Song, the deck maintains strong resilience while grinding down opposing life totals.
