The Bad Urza by Zweaty_J

Format: Commander

Creator: Zweaty_J

Commander: Urza, Lord Protector

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Azorius artifact deck wins by flooding the board with artifact creatures and attacking with oversized, evasive threats. Urza, Lord Protector is played as a cost reducer for artifacts, instants and sorceries; its back face Urza, Planeswalker requires The Mightstone and Weakstone to meld and is only a late-game bonus, not the built-around plan. The deck is built to use the front face. Bronze Guardian functions as the hidden commander, growing with your artifact count and giving your board ward 2. Secondary paths grind card advantage through Losheel, Clockwork Scholar and Sai, Master Thopterist and recur value with Emry, Lurker of the Loch and Hanna, Ship's Navigator before closing with Cyberdrive Awakener animation.
