Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai blink and spellslinger midrange strategy led by Shiko, Paragon of the Way. The deck's game plan revolves around discarding or casting high-impact nonland cards with mana value 3 or less—such as See the Truth, Roiling Dragonstorm, and Out of Time—and using Shiko's enter-the-battlefield ability to exile and cast free copies of them from the graveyard.
