Deck overview

This Rakdos deck centers around Deadpool, Trading Card and high-synergy myriad threats. The primary strategy uses Deadpool's entering ability to swap text boxes with an opponent's best creature, stripping that creature of its dangerous abilities and saddling its controller with a 3-life upkeep penalty. The deck leverages this disruption alongside temporary theft effects like Involuntary Employment and Firbolg Flutist, re-triggering enter-the-battlefield abilities with flicker artifacts like Conjurer's Closet or death-and-return instants such as Not Dead After All and Undying Malice. For its win condition, the deck pivots into aggressive myriad attackers, led by The Master, Multiplied, Brainstealer Dragon, and Blade of Selves, creating exponential token copies that bypass exile triggers. While it lacks fast combo finishes and hard stax locks, the deck maintains steady attrition through Perforating Artist and Rakdos Joins Up, closing games around Turn 8 through wide combat swings and incremental life drain.
