Ioreth by Haku

Format: Commander

Commander: Ioreth of the Healing House

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Ioreth is a mono-blue untap toolbox. The deck uses her mostly as a redundant untapper; she enables some infinite untap lines but is not the engine. The primary win is infinite mana/untaps: Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal (with positive-mana rocks) or Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth, converted by Staff of Domination into drawing the deck and Thassa's Oracle, or by Walking Ballista. Secondary creature loops use Intruder Alarm + Shrieking Drake or Vhal + untappers and Ioreth to draw/cast the finisher. Tutors, free counters, and instant bounce protect the combo. There is no hidden commander; the DFCs (Jace, Jacob Hauken) are value/tutor pieces.
